We currently ship to the European Union and select international destinations. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our manufacturing facility in Mursko Sredisce, Croatia.
Croatia (domestic): 3–5 business days.
European Union: 5–10 business days.
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days.
Other international destinations: 10–20 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and product dimensions. Large items such as desks and workstations may require freight delivery and additional handling time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the size and weight of your order. For large furniture items, delivery fees include handling and transport by freight carrier.
Croatia: Free shipping on orders over €500. Standard shipping from €15.
European Union: Shipping from €25, depending on product dimensions and destination.
For exact shipping costs, please add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be displayed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and without damage.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@movo-office.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for the return process. Please note that for large items, return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. For partial returns on multi-item orders, only the returned items will be refunded.
All MOVO products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@movo-office.com. Include photographs of the damage along with your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. For warranty claims after delivery, please refer to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
Products manufactured to custom specifications or special orders cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or do not match the agreed specifications. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
