These Terms of Service govern the use of the movo-office.com website and the purchase of MOVO products offered by Sobocan d.o.o., Slatine 18, 40315 Mursko Sredisce, Croatia (VAT ID: HR00904641575).
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
All MOVO products are manufactured by Sobocan d.o.o. in Mursko Sredisce, Croatia. Product descriptions, specifications and images on our website are provided for informational purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product due to manufacturing tolerances and display settings.
Prices displayed on the website are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the delivery destination and product dimensions. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, though orders already confirmed will be honored at the agreed price.
Orders can be placed through our website, by email at info@movo-office.com, or through our authorized dealer network. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding contract is formed when we send the order confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and your location. Standard delivery within the EU is typically 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. For customized products, delivery times may be longer. We will inform you of the expected delivery date upon order confirmation.
All MOVO products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Products are tested and certified according to HRN EN 14073-2: 2008, HRN EN 14073-3: 2008, and HRN EN 14749: 2016.
For EU consumers, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@movo-office.com to initiate a return.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian data protection laws. Personal data provided through our contact form or order process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request or order.

Sobocan d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Cakovec, Croatia. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence shall apply.
